I have been using Classic Spa Repair for more than a decade. Mike and his team have always provided excellent and prompt service when I request it. I recommend them without hesitation. Yesterday, I opened my spa and found it empty-all the water had drained!!! Today, Mike found some leaks in my 22 year old spa. It might be on its last leg, but it’s still going. I appreciate their honesty and fairness.
Mike showed up to a spa he had never serviced or seen before. Quickly diagnosed the issues made the calls to manufacturer , got parts sent like it was no big deal . Mike also from the first visit to the last kept in constant contact about the tub . He was so determined to solve the problem , on day one when it was out of his hands, he still left dejected because he just doesn’t like to leave a job unfinished . These guys are the best ! Look no further !
