Went with our family and granddaughter. She got what we deemed to be an excellent deal on a clean used vehicle. It was waiting at the showroom when we arrived. There seems to be no pressure at the dealership, as we were there for an hour or so and Noone offered to give me directions to the their used car area. Lots of activity. No action. Everyone was polite, just not hustling for customers. Too busy looking busy.

I brought my 2007 Chevy Silverado in to their service department to see why my truck was going into limp mode and no one could tell me what was wrong with it and they told me it would be a certain price and then they told me that it would be almost twice the original amount but they still couldn't diagnose the problem. It ended up being the ECM was bad and needed to be replaced. I don't know why that was so hard or impossible to be diagnosed.
Service was great! The went the extra mile to get my kids the the best rate possible!
Service center is terrible. They don’t call you back. Michelle Calhoun service agent. She told we be though in 20 minutes got it took three hours longer. No apology about the extra time. I won’t even go back for an oil change. Service playing around.
