It’s hard for me to like going to the dentist but the crew at Classic Smiles really brightens my day. They are the friendliest people and genuinely care about me and my teeth! They are so patient and understanding when it comes to my dentist anxieties. I always walk out with a smile on my face and know that they’ve done a great job.

After my routine teeth cleaning yesterday, I just want to say that I'm glad I chose Classic Smiles as my dental care place. I like the homey environment, the friendly and capable staff, and the very kind and professional dentist, Dr. Nowysz. My only complaint about her is that her name is impossible to spell. I habitually avoid the dentist for years at a time, but decided to try Classic Smiles after hearing wonderful things about them from my friends. They are great-everyone was very kind, they are awesome at explaining how to take care of your teeth, and I left feeling reassured and also so NOT stressed that I even made a follow up appointment! Also the cleaning did not hurt at all, even though I have very sensitive teeth. I would highly recommend Classic Smiles to anyone looking for a dentist in Iowa City.
I don't mind going to the dentist because of Dr Stephanie Nowyse and her staff. Friendly, informative, and quality dentistry. They recommended an electric toothbrush and also a water flosser and those two things have made a drastic improvement to my dental care.
I have driven by Classic Smiles for years, and admittedly I judged based on the building and location. But wow, was I wrong! The minute you walk in you’re greeted by a beautiful atmosphere, friendly receptionists, and a great hygienist. They work with you and make scheduling easy, too. I had been seeing the same dentist for probably 20 years and Classic Smiles completely exceeded my expectations. They will be my new dentist for at least the next 20!
