I was a little nervous about trying a new dentist but the staff at Classic Smiles is awesome. They were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate the tips they gave me to improve my dental health. It was nice feeling like a friend instead of just a patient.
I have been coming to Classic Smilles for nearly 10 years. The staff is always pleasant, and personable. They always remember something about my kids or my life and it makes it an enjoyable experience. I also trust Dr. Stephanie's clinical judgment and she is good at explaining the options and giving her recommendations without being pushy. The office is in an updated, clean, older home and it gives it a homey feel, which is different than many stuffy dentist offices.
Classis Smiles were very friendly to me, Stephanie was very nice and made me feel welcome. They helped me when I couldn't get in to my regular dentist and i'm really considering changing facilities.
I have been a patient of Dr. Nowysz for more than 10 years. She has provided routine care as well as fillings, crowns and more complicated procedures. She is a highly skilled professional who does an excellent job caring for patients in a relaxed environment. I appreciate the time she spends explaining what she is doing. The rest of her staff is equally professional and caring. I highly recommend Classic Smiles - it is the place for wonderful dental care!!
Went in with tooth pain in one of my molars. Hadn't been to the dentist in ~4 years, since I'd never had a good experience. Dr. Stephanie diagnosed it as needing a root canal, which I was expecting but dreading. She referred me to Endodontic Associates of Iowa City, but she wanted to relieve my pain in the meantime, so she went ahead and did the drilling and nerve removal. Heather did a great job cleaning my teeth without leaving me with painful gums. She was very knowledgeable and able to go into detail about some slight recession I have, letting me see first hand with double mirrors how overbrushing affects my gums. Dr. Nowysz was very quick in her post cleaning check-up, confirming everything Heather mentioned earlier. It's nice when you move to a new town and find a great dentist's office first shot!
I have been seeing Dr. Nowsyz since college and have recommended her to everyone I know who is looking for a dentist. My whole family now sees Dr. Nowsyz, and she is especially caring and patient with my 2 year old who is not the easiest patient to work with!
I always love going to see the team at Classic Smiles! Every step of the entire experience from walking in the door to the cleaning to the exam- it's pleasant and they are so nice. I highly recommend them!
LOVED this place! They were all very friendly. I will definitely recommend them to others! Finally I've found a dentist I am happy with!
