I’ve come to this place several times a year for the last 5 years, if not more. The staff there always does a good job shining my boots but today was a total disappointment. I got a boot shine and color retouch on them but when I got home, I noticed all the top part had dirt and mud on them. Too bad I tipped the guy without checking how bad of a job had been performed.
