Lorenzo Lucero was very informative and friendly! After having a ROUGH day he really made sure we had a safe space to hold our belongings, made a sht day better.
I have been at this location since 2007. It has gone through 3 or 4 different owners. I have 4 units here, my rent is always going up. Half the stuff I have stored was my mother's who passed away and I am not ready to get rid of, so I continue to pay. Ever since CubeSmart has taken over I have had to pay late fees 3 times because the location is closed. They do have 2 other options. 1 pay by which is difficult to do plus you have to pay a fee and 2 using the mobile app which I have never been able to log on too. These people... read more
