LOVE the food and super friendly staff. I usually get the sweet and sour soup and clay pot fish. They’re one of the traditional Vietnamese entrees. Pho is always on the order as well. Everything tastes very authentic and reminds me of hometown. Love the husband and wife there. They’re are always so welcoming and friendly. Always have a smile on their face and ive never had a bad experience throughout all the years I’ve been going there.
Classic Saigon has great food, good prices and friendly staff. Their online menu has pictures of each item, so it’s even more difficult to pick just one thing! It all looks so good. I had the beef and broccoli this time and it was delicious! Lots of beef and plenty of perfectly cooked veggies. A deserving local business to support.
Incredible beef pho. The beef is so tender and not chewy . They have all the fixings if you like to add everything like I do. His homemade hot oil is one of a kind. The eggs rolls are to die for the outside is so crispy unlike others I have tried. They also have the good triangle cream cheese wontons.
Love experimenting with different dishes here, I've liked everything I've tried so far. I've been coming here for almost ten years now. Classic Saigon has a variety of both authentic and asian-american items, usually making this the place I go when I want Asian food. Probably the most underrated Asian restaurant at least in the city. Never had a bad experience with Classic! They are amazing people that make even more amazing food!! My favorite is chicken Lomein and the vegetarian fried rice!
During our lock--in we wanted to get the best Asian food in Eagan, Classic Siagon. Everything that you order is made with care and flavor. We had Sweet Sour Chicken, Lemon Chicken, and Rice. Every bite was so yummy! They also have Bubble Tea and Home Made Lime drink, a must try!
Great Singapore noodles. Not on the regular menu.
Food smelt and tasted spoiled. Not good at all. We couldn’t even eat it, ended up throwing away everything...
