We had damage in three rooms from ice dams. Classic Restoration was at my home the next day and immediately went to work. They coordinated everything with my insurance adjuster and the whole process was so easy!! Every person who came into my house was punctual, friendly and polite. On 11/02/19, I woke up to a flooded basement. I called Classic Restoration and had an immediate response. In 45 minutes or less they were at my home, evaluated the situation and planned how to go about resolving the issue. Water was extracted, the basement was disinfected and equipment were installed to clean the air and ensure that the space was dry and safe.
