Classic Quality Homes built our dream house. We spoke to multiple builders in the area for three years. Other builders claim to be "custom home builders" but they truly are not. If you are not willing to build a house plan in their catalog of houses other builders will not take you seriously. Steven takes your ideas and plans and listens to you to create your vision of your perfect home. If you haven't considered Classic Quality Homes for your new home you haven't considered all the possibilities for your dream home.
They build our first home The a Roxbury. The process isn’t short as the state at the beginning, but the wait was worth it. We waited from July 2017 to April 2018. All you need is lots of patience. Once your credit is pre-approved it means you’re home will start building. Be on top of it and make sure the colors that you choose does match your request. Other than that you will enjoy your home. Working with Steve was a wonderful experience! He was knowledgeable, patient, and responded promptly to our questions. We absolutely LOVE our home and couldn’t recommend Classic more!
