I purchased a home from Classic quality home last year. We noticed a lot of repairs are needed to be done during the walk-through. I was told That they will address the repair before 30 days. No one never came. Every time I emailed or called everyone was always Busy. Dawn customer service is horrible. Once they get the money they don't care about you as a customer anymore they will sell you a dream up until Closing. They left equipment on my property level the ground they left holes in the ground and they remove some trees I... read more

Waiting for days for the seller to sign. Very unprofessional. Will seek RGB home builders or someone else.
I am writing this complaint to warn anybody considering doing business with classic quality homes to consider otherwise. I put down an offer in the beginning of October for one of their new builds, which was accepted within 48 hours. We had the inspection, appraisal and closing scheduled in a timely manner. The closing date was set for October 26th. If you are working with and/or looking to build with any other established builder other than Classic Quality Homes, you should certainly reconsider. From step one of planning, to the finished project, every step of the build was easy with constant communication throughout the entire process. We appreciated the ease of Steve and Classic Quality Homes so much, that less than a year after they completed our new home, we used them to complete a poolhouse, the centerpiece of our backyard living space. In the space of one month Classic Quality Homes built a beautiful basement room for me. Thank you, Steve! Where else would you get the white glove finishing touches when the job is done ?
Easy to work with. House looks and works great. would definitely consider building with them again if needed.
