Long story short, I needed a new place to live, found exactly what I was looking for, and 3 weeks later, the place I found became my new home! The gals at the management office were great! They helped me turn a very stressful situation into a wonderful memory!

I’ve been un able to find another place decent enough for my kids and myself so my husband and I have put our pride to the side and continue to stay where we are at because anytime we ask for a copy of our rental history we are told we would need to put in a 60 days notice to vacate the home before doing so... but whats even worse is the problems we deal with when it comes to fixing things still waiting for them to fix ceiling fans hanging off the wall with missing blades and for them to fix the hole in my ceiling and kids c... read more

Everything you would think would be good about renting, classic property makes terrible. Don’t live somewhere you have to deal with them. I would rather have bought a house that would have put me insanely in debt than deal with classic property management.

If I could give this place less than one star, I would. They have dropped the ball several times from the application, to over 6 months into a lease at one of their properties. Not only to me, but their client as well. They never answer the phone or return calls. They can't even get the correct address to send a statement to, even though they rented this home at this address. Or they never sent it. I have called this company in the past 3 months several times to speak with Karen in regards to potential property mangment dealing but she never bother to return any of our calls, they also never return your calls and hardley answer the phone during their business hours. It seems like they only will accept you if you have a good referal from someone they know or do business with, which I find very offensive.
