Absolutely horrible experience. Knowingly renting a place with no heat and that was absolutely filthy. Scam!
Carol Gaidos from Classic Property Management is amazing. In the years we have been with her she has been nothing but kind fair and honest. She is very responsive when you reach out to her as well. She has always gone above and beyond for us. I highly recommend her to anyone.
There are a lot of property management companies are there, and it is difficult to find one to entrust your property or to treat you with respect as tenants. Classic Property Management does both. I wished I had known about Classic Property Management when I was a landlord, but am glad to be part of their client list as tenant. Carol is responsive and recently passed the county-mandated audits and inspections with flying colors.
