Absolutely terrible management company. I have been trying for MONTHS to get a fence replaced that was removed next to my parking space, and no one will respond to me. Emails go unanswered, calls don’t get returned, and there is zero communication. On top of that, my HOA dues increased and my automatic payments were never adjusted, which caused my account to become delinquent. I’ve worked with Natalie at Sentry Management on a bunch of projects and she’s always been great to work with. Super responsive, easy communication, and always on top of things. You can tell Sentry has been doing community management in Colorado for a long time by how organized and professional they are. Definitely would recommend them. 10/10.
Un-responsive customer service, price gouging admin fees, and generally poorly ran. On basically all requests, they fail to communicate promptly. It takes many times of reaching out to get a response, and its almost always in an overseas timezone. Which delays communications even further. I would never buy a home under them again, and would avoid them at all costs. Certainly going to ask my HOA to look elsewhere once the contract expires.
Communication can be spotty.
My company, High PlainsProperty Maintenance has been in the HOA landscape maintenance and install business for over 20 years. Property Management companies have a challenging job of representing both the contractors and the clients. Sentry Management is one of the best at navigating these relationships!
