My husband and I were among the first residents to move to the Peloton in 2008. Since then we have had numerous managers who have overseen HOA operations. Tim Bennett served 10+ years as Community Manager and, as such gained full insight into the complexities of the property. I have had a wasp problem on my balcony since I moved in three years ago. Steps are finally being taken to address the problem since Jason came on board. Jaimie has done an excellent job in examining the problem and doing what he can to fix it. I can finally enjoy my balcony. Thank you to both Jaimie and Jason.
Maryann as well as Gary and Jason are incredible administrative staff members at the Peloton. They are professional, excellent problem solvers, and easy to work with. This is the best HOA team I have encountered.
Taking a moment to give credit where credit it due. My sincere appreciation to J.T., Jennifer Kinkead and Susan Horton for their due diligence in getting the walk way to my unit repaired.
