I'm LONG overdue in writing this review but was just remembering my 2 years at The Leetonia and realizing that I truly was so spoiled by Brianna and Lesa. First, the properties are so cute. They're so well maintained and everyone in my building was super nice and respectful. Lived in one of their apartment complex's for the past year and just recently moved out. This company is a small business. They truly care about their tenants and especially their buildings. The buildings are old, and have problems as all old buildings do. Issues were dealt with promptly. Truly one of the best rental experiences I have. Price was very fair as well. I would have stayed, but needed a larger place and wanted a balcony, which none of their properties offer. Would recommend and would rent from them again.

Ignore the negative review from Peterson below. Rent prices are within market for all Classic Properties properties. Tenants that have been at The Leetonia before new pet policy were able to keep pets. Month-to- month leases referred in negative comment below are handled differently, of course. Management is respectful, maintenance is courteous, neighbors are friendly. I can't say enough about leasing from Classic Properties.
