I got a gas fireplace insert from them, everything went well. The person who came out to measure my existing hearth did the measurements incorrectly, this lead to them telling me I couldn't get the front face I wanted. When the installer came out and we got to the bottom of it Classic took care of things, I paid for the cost difference of the more expensive front I originally wanted and they sent a follow-up person to install it.
