We Love Classic Pool, always treated very kindly and service is Excellent!
I got a gas fireplace insert from them, everything went well. The person who came out to measure my existing hearth did the measurements incorrectly, this lead to them telling me I couldn't get the front face I wanted. When the installer came out and we got to the bottom of it Classic took care of things, I paid for the cost difference of the more expensive front I originally wanted and they sent a follow-up person to install it.
We bought an above ground pool and knew nothing about chemicals, amounts of chemicals, etc. Derek at the Aloha location was amazing answering all of our questions and was extremely kind and helpful!! We highly recommend them for your pool needs!
