I've used there service for a month and a half now. I also have Water Guru to help me with what's going on with the chemistry of the water. Because of asking questions, they have eliminated their service od my pool. Sad situation and wouldn't use them for the service they provide.
Professional, and quick response when I called for service. She installed a light in the pool an d when there was a problem with the product, she came out quickly and replaced it.. I’m very pleased with her service and would recommend her.
Such a sleazy company! They try to tack on extra fees to your monthly set fee. They stayed for maybe 5 minutes, yet they claim they did so many things to my pool! They think homeowners are stupid! I fired them on Oct. 21, 2024, with final payment 3 days later. Now, over a month later, they have the audacity to take $120 out of my bank account!!! I left messages with NO reply!! I disputed this charge with my bank, so either way, they're not keeping my money!! If they had any decency they would call me to correct their error! ... read more
