no customer support. my order was shipped with wrong parts. had to send pics to show problem. then they said i installed them improperly, but they admitted they sent wrong parts, then they tried to say i ordered wrong parts. this back and forth has been going on for 3 weeks now. 1 other part that was wrong that i returned for a refund, i still have not received a refund. very poor business to order from.

I spent $1,100 on a C5 Spindle Disc Brake Kit. They failed to include the brake lines and hardware in the box. I contacted them through their vendor (Summit) repeatedly for the missing parts. After six weeks of runaround, I finally get a hold of them just to be subtly accused of trying to rip them off for $50 brake lines. Not a great experience. Parts didn't fit, very difficult to get someone to respond to a refund. After the refund I was oit several hundred dollars for "restocking ripp off fees" and shipping. Definitely wont be doing business with these guys again.

I ordered a disk brake conversion kit for my 66 C10. It came before expected delivery date. Great!. Open and inventory stuff. I was sent two right side spindles. I call and talk to rep. He says he will get right on it getting one out to me and he would call me back. Few hours later he does call back. Wants to return the whole kit. Roger R. I bought a disc brake conversion kit from CPP for my 1956 chevy. Very disappointed with it. The rotors don’t fit up around hubs snug enough. I call CPP and they said they would talk to engineer. Finally call back, engineer said good up to 150 mph. I ask them if they could make me another set of hubs and not cut them as much. Worst company I have ever dealt with! Purchased a front disc brake conversion kit for my 1964 dodge Polara. So far the distribution valve has failed which I replaced at my cost because it was leaking, then the master cylinder began to leak, along with the vacuum booster failing. I have been waiting for a return phone call which I am sure will not becoming!!! operators were very rude on the phone, and their pre-recorded "return call" system is non functional!!! Don't use this company if you need your part fast. They was already slow on eta of delivery by saying I would have my part within 5 days. Well after 5 days I had no part yet and waited till the next day and still nothing. I tried getting ahold of them and that is just nothing more than waste of more of my time because your not going to be able to talk to a human. So finally I track down my part and it has literally been all over the US now to 8 different states but it was in my town for 3 days and they shipped it out to God... read more
