I took my car in to have the bottom sides repainted. Al, the owner, returned the car with streaking in the paint. I called to get the car corrected. There was other work that needed to be done to the car. Al manipulatively said he would prefer to fix the errors in the paint if we give him the other work and have it done all at the same time.
