I’ve been buying parts here for several years to build my 1952 Chevy truck. As most builders know we order parts far in advance so to have them on hand when needed as the build progresses. Hanging the doors on the hinges is one of the last tasks to perform in the build. I had ordered 24 hinge bolts. I order parts in Jan.1st 2024 $222.95 worth two part still on back order and here it is April 4th 2024 still not in! I will shop somewhere else from now on!
Hello. I had a very bad experience with this company! Never using them again!!!!!! They sent me wrong product! I told them ! They made me pay shipping for the return! They never told me they got the return! I called a month later trying to find out what happened to my product and they claim it was water damaged and non refundable!!! Never got a penny back. They sent Poor pictures that do not show any proof of damage. I’m still out my $700. As bad as highway robbery.
placed an order and received in very timely manner especially due to weather, but when part came two items were plastic instead of cast like factory parts. Plastic was bad enough but one part did not match the factory parts on other side of vehicle shoe I call and they said I could return, but they refused to pay return shipping even though it was a different finish and didnt match factory parts.
Excuse after excuse. Product comes in and poorly crafted. They take over a month and no refund. Always blaming everyone.
Ordered bed kit. Was givin price and shipping cost for entire order. Expected to receive order as complete package. Instead i received three seperate shipments and two seperate shipping charges beside the fact that the last part of shippment was delayed 7 - 10 days before they received it and additional delays before i would receive it. Although it appears they tried to fix things i felt like i ended up waiting longer than expected and paying more on shipping then was originally quoted.
I paid $37.00USD for part from this company. They charged $30.44USD to ship to Canada. I ordered a bolt kit for a wooden bed and a dome light lens. The bolt kit was loose in the shipping box and I have no idea how many fell out the holes in the box. I contacted them - no response. Then Fedex sends me an additional shipping invoice for $28.88 owing. I feel scammed. I recieved a wiring harness from them for my truck, took it out of thr bag, it didn't fit. I put it all back together and shipped it back for a refund, like they said I could when I called. I spent $284.00 on this. Sent it back and I get some crap email about the ends being not like new and it being opened inside. I told them I opened it on the phone and it didnt fit anf it would be fine to return it. So now they won't refund me! Literally just took my money and I have nothing to show for it!!!
