The worst experience. Zero communication as to what was being done at each appointment or the next appointment. Pulled a tooth that didn’t need to be pulled (it was a baby tooth) but left a broken tooth that ended up getting infected. We ended up switching orthodontist office altogether. The cost was ideal, but after switching to the new orthodontist and learning how much more work she’s gonna need that this office was not going to do is very disheartening and upsetting.
