This place took one of my worst experiences and made it bearable- My brand new car was rear-ended and I don’t know how insurance works. They wanked me through the paperwork, they handled all the costs and paperwork made sure that I got brand new parts on my car, drove my hysterical self full of perimenopausal hormones and emotions to enterprise and made sure my rental wasn’t icky, when it took longer they took care of everything. Exceptional customer service. Friendly, kept me informed, finished ahead of schedule.
Repairs done quickly and you can't tell it was ever damaged. Paint matched perfectly. Shop kept me updated on repairs and we're available if I had any questions. Would recommend classic body shop for all of your repair needs.
