Working with them was an absolute joy! I came in to get my CVT oil changed and they were very attentive and punctual. I worked with Chastin Farringston from Nissan, and I could not have asked for anyone better. He was very helpful in explaining everything that was going to happen and was super open about pricing and what was to be expected. Terrible customer service
I love the coupons, I enjoy going to Nissan for my oil changes. I had an appointment this morning at 8:15, it took 2.5hrs for this visit. Not happy about that. Not sure if I can continue to use this service. I don't know if it worth my time
They were easy to schedule for an appointment, they did what I wanted and could afford to get done.
