I had to stop half way through my basic manicure because my fingers wouldn’t stop bleeding. Would not have been sanitary to use the polish brush on them so I left before adding color. 1 hour later my fingers are throbbing.
I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. My friend and I noticed employees talking about her toenails and another language while pointing at her feet. When we brought our concerns to their attention, they denied it and acted as if nothing had happened. The owner claimed they were talking about a different customer, but the situation still made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. My service experience was also frustrating. I had a great experience at the nail spa… the atmosphere from all the nail techs was happy and cheerful even when I was their last client of the night !! Clean and welcoming nail spa!
I’ve been going to Classic nails for about 2 years and have been satisfied but recently they switched owners and are really improving the salon in the best way! Anna did a great job on my nails! Love the new colors that they just got in as well!
Very clean and efficient does great work! Highly recommend
