I am giving them a one not because of the work they do but because of poor customer service. They charge you for things without telling ahead of time the cost. For example, I changed shape of nail from square to circle and they didn’t tell me it was going to be extra cost and charged me an extra $6. Than at another time, I had a short nail and I was okay with leaving it as is. She insisted on placing a tip to it. I figured it was one nail and she was being nice about it.
