Very bad customer service. I had the worst experience, I have been going to this salon for so many years. Today I walked in, I saw the same lady who usually does my pedicure, she asked me to pick a color and showed me my seat. Once I was ready to sit a blond lady walked in and asked : " Where is the young staff that normally works there ? " When she saw the staff that was about to start working on me, she said " Her, I would like to work with her, I am going to the car and come back right away" then walked out. Love this place! The owner and everyone there are super sweet.
This is only my second time going here. I went back a second time because they had done a good job, however this time around was really bad. I got a simple dip powder manicure and the lady did so bad, I had rough edges , did not clean up the residue under my nails and did not seem interested in wether I liked them or not. My pedicure was ok…nobody bothered to check and ensure my polish was dried so it got messed up when I left. WILL not go back.
