I was very disappointed today on my manicure service, the lady add a $5.00 fee for shaping my nails and she cut them way too short and the nails are not even. End up paying over $65 dollar for some simple manicure. I enjoy most of the staff but today service got me so upset. Most likely I have to find a new place
I have been coming here since August of 2025 after going to the same nail shop for over 4 years. Coming to Classic Nails has been such a great experience. They always understand the shape I want and when I can’t fully describe what I might want for a design and color wise they are always on point for my vision.
So relaxing , love it 😍
Very bad customer service. I had the worst experience, I have been going to this salon for so many years. Today I walked in, I saw the same lady who usually does my pedicure, she asked me to pick a color and showed me my seat. Once I was ready to sit a blond lady walked in and asked : " Where is the young staff that normally works there ? " When she saw the staff that was about to start working on me, she said " Her, I would like to work with her, I am going to the car and come back right away" then walked out.
