I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. From the beginning of my appointment, the owner was extremely rude and unprofessional. When she asked what color I wanted, I showed her a photo on my phone for reference. Instead of helping me find a similar shade, she immediately insisted that I choose a gel polish. I tried to explain that I have an allergy and cannot use gel, but she interrupted me and became even more dismissive.
