After poor-quality service left my sensitive nails brittle and full of pain, I gave up on nail salons. Then, my husband came home with a gift card. I’m so happy he did. I’ve been back several times to see the owner, Moon. She is knowledgeable, caring, and kind. My busy schedule makes it hard to book far in advance. I stopped by on a nearly holiday-like and very busy day because I had a broken nail that was really hurting, and I needed some urgent support before leaving for vacation. Even though they were fully booked, they kindly welcomed me and immediately took care of the issue. In no time, the pain was gone! I’ll definitely be back for a full service—I truly appreciated their empathy, kindness, and professionalism.
