I came here to get my polish removed and not only was my nail tech pulling my feet roughly but also was rough with removing my polish. He tried to say I had gel polish on when I did not I don’t wear gel on my toes and I knew it would be an extra charge for removing gel. So he tried to charge extra thinking I didn’t know what he was doing. I had an appointment with May at Classic Nails on March 21, 2025, at 9:30 AM for a simple fill-in, but instead, she did a full set without my consent. The entire experience was horrible—the nails were done so badly that I had to go to another salon just to have them fixed. Even they said there was nothing they could do because of how bad the work was. Took my 7 and 8 year old for full sets with gel. They charged me $20 for gel but my girl's gel was $25???... only for the nails to start failing off a week later. They also never gave my girls the full experience to soak their feet for the pedicure...only rinsed their feet with water when my girls asked why they didnt get water like everyone else...0/10 do not recommend!
