Bought a 2004 Ford Excursion less then a month ago as a family vehicle. It was overpriced but I trusted the work Noe said was done to the vehicle. And it supposedly passed MD inspection. What happened today with my children in the vehicle? Blew the front right tire. Zero brake pads on the caliper. Warped rotor because the brakes were metal to metal. Complete liars. Took a screenshot of the post they had online for our 2004 Ford Excursion we bought. I’m glad I did. Took screenshots of the conversations with them saying they replaced all the brakes with new rotors, completed a Maryland State inspection on it, and they did not. Spent over $1900 so far(and counting) on parts. Completely lied to my family about the vehicle and now won’t make it completely right.
