I've been dealing with them for a while. Been positive the whole time. The owners are easy to work with as long as you communicate in a timely manner.
They were friendly but the unit was full of mice droppings all over when I returned to get my stuff out of there. I had absolutely no food or water in there, it was appalling. I had paid in advance an extra month but because of the mice I removed my stuff asap and requested prorate reimbursement and am getting no reply. I used 5 of the 31 days. It's been a month since I requested refund.
Family that runs the storage location is very nice and have always promptly responded when contacted.
