I've been trying to make an appointment with the service center for two days. Three times called, twice by my husband where it is forwarded to the service department and then to the jead guys cell, every time it just rings, goes to VM, leave message, no return call. I just tried, got hung up on. I also have tried requesting service online, I fill everything out and then it says they are unable to fulfill my request. My next call will be to mazda. Nick at GMC & Cody at Mazda had awesome customer service & took very good care of me while I waited on my vehicle. I have never been to a dealership where customer service was top tier. I appreciate them so much. Everyone i can in contact with was very professional.
