I recently purchased a Lincoln Nautilus from Lincoln of Shelby, and the entire experience was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel welcome and taken care of. They were professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle.
Started a purchase of a new vehicle online. Jonathan Clark, aka "When I grow up I want to be a Sales floor manager and lie to customers". When I contacted him to start the actual paper work he stated he would call me back,never did. Then the car was off their website which indicates to me that it was sold to someone else. Nice going Jonathan,Loser of the year award.
