Avoid this company at all costs, specifically the owner Jackie Benson. The customer service is atrocious, and the lack of communication is beyond frustrating. I went months without any response to calls, emails, or texts and only managed to get a reply by calling from different numbers. Never hire this company!! We paid a hefty deposit for a concrete pad. This was back in June. It's now Almost January and no concrete has been poured. She's been ghosting us, and she's already come at us with $1000 extra in expenses. She's not paying her contractors, not ordering concrete, and costing us thousands and thousands of dollars. We also had property damage as a result of some of the work. We will be filing a lawsuit if nothing is done by the end of the week. Thank you Jackie, your crew was great. Jakies crew was fast clean and very professional. They went the extra mile to take care of some other issues I had with ease. I had my pavers removed around my pool to have a new colored concrete patio done. The new patio was above my expectations. Thank you again Jackie.
UPDATE: We still haven't received our money back !! No work has ever been done, permit wasn't pulled which we verified by city. Jackie Benson acknowledged receiving the information needed then ghost us!! Didn't hear from her until I wrote the review and then she proceeds to tell lie after lie, threatening us as well. Instead of returning the money we paid her she wrote total lies. She knows she has our money and hasn't done ANY work. Why would she not refund us our money???
