I recently took my vehicle to Classic Kia in Carrollton instead of the Dallas location where I normally go. It was a bit of a drive, but it was absolutely worth it. The service team took great care of my SUV — no unnecessary upcharges, a full check for recalls, and it was returned to me in excellent condition. If you head to the Carrollton location, I highly recommend asking for Brandon Leffall, he made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

My motor blew out & it wasn’t covered under warranty due to lack of oil changes felt like it took forever to get my car back but it took less than a month and Mr.Norman was patient with me because I was calling every other day but I have had my car back for 2weeks now and so far so good I’m happy with the services.
