I’ll give this appointment two stars since the cashiers were nice but I have purchased 4 Kia’s and this will be my 2nd Kia K5 but I can’t understand why my oil change was $179 especially that there is a $79 coupon online. Shawn the advisor was absolutely no help. I told him just do the recalls and I would go somewhere else to get an oil change and he just walked off. I guess he didn’t want the sale which is fine. I just won’t come back to this location.
