I am always asked by friends why I go to the dealership to get work/services done on my vehicle and I always give the same answer because it never changes: The people are fantastic, the work is done right, the waiting area is clean and bright and the prices are on par with other garages in this area. Big plus, I get my car back returned to me after it's also cleaned inside and out. That is such a nice bonus. I see no reason to change when I'm treated so well.
