I bought a vintage Ferrari that they had "restored" for a previous owner, with the restoration conducted less than 10 years ago. Not long after I bought the car (less than 100 miles), found many problems that came up, and upon taking it to renowned experts/specialists, resulted in significant costs and pointed out many issues with the "restoration". I recently purchased a classic Jag XK-150 from Stephen Bell at Classic Investments. I give him top marks, 5 stars. He is a straight shooter, patient, responsive, very knowledgeable, and always answered my questions completely. Most of all, the car has exceeded my expectations both mechanically and cosmetically.
The end product was fantastic, the communication with me about the price doubling was very poor IMHO.
