Stephen handled a tedious estate transfer of a Ferrari for me and got it done.
Don't do business with Stephen Bell. Stay as far away from him as possible. I took my 59 Porsche 356 to have them consign it. He wanted to do an inspection on it to value it. His valuation was $25,000 less than an appraisal I had done it few months earlier. When I told him that the price was too low he sent me a consignment agreement with a higher price and a commission rate that was higher than what he originally told me. I bought a vintage Ferrari that they had "restored" for a previous owner, with the restoration conducted less than 10 years ago. Not long after I bought the car (less than 100 miles), found many problems that came up, and upon taking it to renowned experts/specialists, resulted in significant costs and pointed out many issues with the "restoration".
