Whilst most compliment on CI standards of professionalism and service, I would hesitate as the email response is way too slow or not at all. It's hard for a restorer in business to play the waiting game. Perhaps they aren't interested in international guests or customers. But i am hopeful that something more positive will come out of this. Cheers
