As If they didn’t have a bad enough Google rating….they decided to send a fraudulent mailer out claiming recipients were $5000 cash prize winner and to claim your prize at the store. Only to find out it’s an illegal bait and switch scam to get people in the door. If you got the mailer, report it to the state attorney generals office.

Exceptional Service When We Needed It Most We were stranded on a trip home from Boone when our engine light began flashing late in the day. We pulled into the center after hours and McKayla was incredibly helpful, taking down our information and alerting the service team that we'd be back in the morning. When the shop opened, Patrick and Jaeger were immediately fantastic. They recognized we were stranded travelers and prioritized our car, quickly diagnosing the problem and fixing it. Bought my car at classic Hyundai and Took my car here since it's under warranty and has to be worked on by certified mechanics. The air conditioner was not working and I knew it was most likely the compressor. They refused to fix it and we took it back twice before they figured it out. Wasted 6 hours of time and gas going back and forth before they fixed it finally.

Arguably, these guys are some of the most unprofessional people I have ever had the misfortune of meeting. I speak specifically of Patrick; evidently, he is the supervisor or office manager of the service department. For context, the air-conditioning in my car stops working after driving an hour or so. After that, the car only blows hot air. In addition, I live in Boone, NC which is 35 minutes away from this office in Wilkesboro, NC and made an appointment almost two weeks in advance to have them diagnose the problem regardi... read more
