Bought my car at classic Hyundai and Took my car here since it's under warranty and has to be worked on by certified mechanics. The air conditioner was not working and I knew it was most likely the compressor. They refused to fix it and we took it back twice before they figured it out. Wasted 6 hours of time and gas going back and forth before they fixed it finally.

Arguably, these guys are some of the most unprofessional people I have ever had the misfortune of meeting. I speak specifically of Patrick; evidently, he is the supervisor or office manager of the service department. For context, the air-conditioning in my car stops working after driving an hour or so. After that, the car only blows hot air. In addition, I live in Boone, NC which is 35 minutes away from this office in Wilkesboro, NC and made an appointment almost two weeks in advance to have them diagnose the problem regardi... read more

Not helpful. Tried scheduling service on the website. Was asked what car I wanted to look at. Try to do it through email that was provided by them. No such email. Try calling, they transfer you to a phone number that rings and rings no one picks up and then says mailbox full try again later. I guess you don’t want any business.
