John, Emily, Kristine and Maria have been amazing to work with every step of the way! Their attention to detail and guidance has helped us navigate the stress of building our first (and final) custom home. From working to get architecture review board approval to making recommendations in the design center, we have had a positive experience and can’t wait to see our design come to life! We have toured homes that were completed by Classic and the quality is top notch!

Building a custom house is a massive undertaking, but working with Classic Homes was a great experience. They truly worked side-by-side with us to turn our dream home into a reality. What stood out most was their patience and willingness to walk us through every option. I noticed early on that the builder kept the worksite surprisingly organized compared to other homes being built nearby. Materials weren’t just scattered everywhere and the crew cleaned up before weekends. The timeline stretched about two weeks longer than expected, but supply delays were happening everywhere at the time. Even so, they stayed honest about progress and delivered a really solid home.

We attended a few open houses the past year and really love the layout of their homes. We recently went to one in Chantilly and really liked the kitchen/pantry and that there was an in law suite on the main level. We are excited to design a home with them in the near future!
