I noticed early on that the builder kept the worksite surprisingly organized compared to other homes being built nearby. Materials weren’t just scattered everywhere and the crew cleaned up before weekends. The timeline stretched about two weeks longer than expected, but supply delays were happening everywhere at the time. Even so, they stayed honest about progress and delivered a really solid home.
We attended a few open houses the past year and really love the layout of their homes. We recently went to one in Chantilly and really liked the kitchen/pantry and that there was an in law suite on the main level. We are excited to design a home with them in the near future!
