Haven't been there or rented there at all it looks neat
Just what I’ve always wanted…to look out my window and see these glorified apartments. Classic Homes ought to be ashamed of themselves, especially since home owners were told they were going to be condos for sale, not apartment rentals. Deception at its finest. If this were their home, I’m sure they would not appreciate this view in their backyard. I’m glad I do not own a Classic Home.
Purchased a Classic Home as our retirement home! Everyone we met has been absolutely amazing. The quality of their homes are exceptional and their quality assurance program of meeting with the build and design teams (virtually) on a weekly basis, keeping us updated on our build, with an opportunity to ask questions!! Tina is our sales professional who is exceptional with her follow up and follow through, providing detailed response to all of our questions.
