We closed on our home December 2022. From start to finish the entire experience with Classic Homes was an enjoyable experience. Being one of the biggest investments we will make in our lifetime, the quality of the home was at the very top of our list. The company is more than excited to get you to sign an contract. However once you start to build that whole experiance changes. We started to build in April 2023. During the build processes we encountered the contractors drinking beer on the site of our home. While leaving the cans, bottles, and other items all over the framing of the home.The contractors would also leave food and food containers all over the house.
