My wife and I recently purchased a new "Classic Home" in Forest Lakes in Monument, CO. Classic Homes deserves my 5-star rating for the entire process. Jenna T. in Colorado Springs showed us the house numerous times, updated us with photos of final construction details, and met with us to walk us through the paperwork on every house detail. Just what I’ve always wanted…to look out my window and see these glorified apartments. Classic Homes ought to be ashamed of themselves, especially since home owners were told they were going to be condos for sale, not apartment rentals. Deception at its finest. If this were their home, I’m sure they would not appreciate this view in their backyard. I’m glad I do not own a Classic Home.
This is a great company. Upstanding in everything that they do. I recommend them!
I am a repeat buyer as I have bought 2 homes. Pre-Covid they were the best! Now their trades do poor work and Classic does not honor their warranty repairs like they did before. And their customer service is horrible!
