We are celebrating one year in our Classic home- Midtown in Greenways at Sandcreek- and we are just as thrilled with the product as we were when we closed. Over the past year Classic has hosted a variety of events for the neighborhood and community which has been great to get to know new neighbors. Home warranty team took attentive and timely care of our requests as houses settle. We are incredibly happy with our choice for our first home to have been built by Classic. Thank you!
Horrible workmanship and they do NOT stand behind their product/work. Our master bathroom didn't drained properly, the walls on the house are cracking, in the basement there's a knocking on the wall that I can not figure out where's coming from. The cabinets are falling apart, the company they used doesn't exist anymore. There was zero attention to detail and so much that was just engineered so incredibly poorly. I CAN NOT in good conscience recommend this builder!
Who mounts a light like this, with a deck screw? You guys saved $12 not putting in a correct box
Warranty is a joke , St. Aubyn quality, Campbell Price.
