I really didn't want to leave a bad review with them but I feel like its the only way to get their attention. I had them install 5 ductless units 2 years ago, spent over $20,000. I've contacted them numerous times because to set up yearly maintenance that were apart of my CONTRACT. I had a wonderful experience with this company! They did an excellent job with our Mitsubishi mini-split system installation. From start to finish, everything was smooth and professional. Nick took time to understand what we need, explain the options clearly. Their craftsmanship was top-notch, and the whole team was incredibly professional, respectful, and clean throughout the process. They did a fantastic job with great attention to detail. I was so impressed with Classic Home Services. Nick Fulciniti quickly diagnosed why the pilot light on our furnace would not light. Then he replaced the thermocouple. As he did so he taught me the physics of how a thermocouple transforms heat into an electrical signal. It was great to understand how and why the repair worked. Nick’s a great teacher. I had a great experience with Classic Home Services. They were professional, knowledgeable, and handled my heating/boiler issue efficiently. Everything was explained clearly, and the work was done right the first time. I really appreciate their honesty and responsiveness. I would definitely recommend them for HVAC and home services.
