I requested this company to come and give me an estimate for a new system because my current system was giving me a lot of problems. While the employee named Nick inspected it, he noticed that we had kids and, without pause, attempted to repair the system. Even though the system kept fighting him, he figured out how to get it turned on. It might not be a permanent solution to all my woes, but he got the heat turned on to protect my family. I can’t recommend Nick and the team at Classic Home Services enough. I needed my furnace replaced. They made the entire process pleasant from discussing the different equipment options to installation. They were professional, courteous and left my house spotless once they were done. I would highly recommend them for anyone with HVAC installation. Customer service is a huge part of any transaction and this team is a 10 out of 10.
