Nick was fantastic guiding me through the process prior to the installation of a mini split system into three rooms of my apartment. The installation went smoothly and was professionally done. And the follow up was much appreciated. I met with a lot of companies before choosing Classic. None were able to match the honesty, customer service, quality and price. I felt at ease knowing I was being well taken care of. I highly recommend Classic.
Nick was Great, can’t recommend classic home services anymore
Almost three years ago we had Classic Home Services install a Mitsubishi heat pump and air handler in our home. The HVAC system has worked very well even though we never had it serviced. But a few days ago the controller stopped communicating with the receiver, so we had no heat. I had really very bad experience with them after installed split unit 2020 still, they didn’t show up for fix the drain line. I called them maybe hundred times they just take the message but Nothing else I will definitely not recommend anyone.
A few days ago, my furnace died. There was a crack in the furnace that was getting bigger, and hence very dangerous if not taken care of immediately. I did my homework, and found a company in Brooklyn, Classic Home Services. It was a Sunday, not the best time for a furnace to break down. I made a few calls to local companies. Left messages.
