Greg ****** inspected my home prior to purchase. He informed me he walked my roof and insured me it was in good standing. That was a complete and utter lie. There were no pictures of someone on my roof. I trusted this man and he deliberately lied to us. Please see the excerpt below with the findings submitted to the client after the inspection. 1. The shingles are approximately 18 years old. The average life expectancy of these shingles is approximately 20 years. 2.
