I would never recommend Greg or this company to anybody who wants an actual inspection, which is your only layer of protection as a buyer. We hired Greg at the recommendation of our realtor, and it was the biggest mistake we have ever made in a home purchase. Greg not only missed several easily identifiable problems, he complimented the construction of our roof and emphasized that we were getting a “solid home” when we met with him to review the report. If I could give a zero I would. We used Greg on the recommendation of our realitor. At first I thought he did a good job. But 2 months later, found out hiring him was a BIG mistake. He mentioned in the report that we had 10-12 inches of fiberglass blown in insulation. NOT! We had 2 insulation installers come out and found we only have 3-6 inches of blown in insulation and it is cellulose and NOT fiberglass. In the report he said our insulation was satisfactory, but it is NOT, we have to insulated the whole attic at a large c... read more

Greg was extremely thorough and professional at our home inspection. He patiently answered our many questions, and made us feel very confident about the integrity of the house. He took detailed notes and pictures, and offered great recommendations for what we could do to prolong the life of many aspects of the house. Highly recommended!

Had Inspection Greg in for a home inspection -- Greg was friendly, professional, thorough, good at explaining things, and does a whole presentation of his findings at the end of the inspection. He takes pictures and makes a fine report. Very reasonable rate.
