Complete new system installed yesterday and does not work. Indoor and outdoor unit are not functioning. No air is blowing at all. I have called 3 times to have this resolved and no one has called me back. They keep saying dispatch will reach out. Terrible service response. No call back. No ETA. No communication.
We had a very pleasant interaction with Donny. He originally put in our units when we built our house and it’s always good to see him. I feel I can trust him and his service is always the best.
Malachi did a fantastic job and is always a pleasure.
