Used to be absolutely great, a responsive locally owned company. After the acquisition by ABC it has gone downhill. The billing department is constantly contacting me to update my payment method even though nothing has changed on my end. They just cannot get it straight. When you call the number you no longer get a local person, it gets funneled somewhere to a number that rings for 10 mins before someone answers, and that person cannot help you anyway.
Had a repair person come out from this company and charge me $589.95 for nothing, or they don't know what they're doing!? Later when we needed to use the system it didn't work. I asked another company to come out and he changed a valve on the evaporator coil and it worked great! He said the other company fixed nothing! Watch out for Classic heating and air in McKinney!
