Service tech came on time, was efficient and helpful, did maintenance, and explained invoice.
Donald was such a great technician and so honest about the service, the cost, and during the inspection he fixed our A/C issue and didn’t charge me a thing. Thank You for your great service, and you now have a customer for life.
Allen knew what he was doing and was extremely polite. A very nice guy. Client friendly. Apologetic for 9 day delay in 97° August 2025 heat in changing out geothermal A/C rotating fan (apparently, the motor was still good).
Donald McCuddy was our tech today, he took the anxiety out of HVAC repair! We really appreciated him walking us through what was wrong and how his company was going to fix it. We have some possible mold/mildew issues too, so he referred us to a company that can help us with that. No one likes an unexpected repair (and bill), especially in this economy, but we did appreciate the itemized repairs list and info so we could make an informed decision.
