I give a 3.5 star out of 5. Salon is clean and depending on the styles do a good job. My only problem is tony like to cut and colore your hair they way tony wants to cut, style and color not the way necessarily what you want and are PAYING for. It can be bit of a battle then he get frustrated and can make it very unconformable in the chair for 2 hrs. BUT once you have an understanding you 98.% of the time walk out happy
