I had a confirmed appointment for 10:30am this morning. I arrived at 10:25am My stylist was with another customer, no problem, the receptionist let her know I was here. Stylist did not great me or let me know how much longer she would be. I left the salon at 11:00am without anyone speaking to me while I waited for 1/2 an hour. First I want to say that the name of this salon, The Woodlands Hair Elite, when they say Elite they mean it! It is an Elite salon! I have searched for over 20 yrs to find a salon that I love with stylists I can trust and know that my hair is in amazing, capable, talented hands. Kamryn is the best hairdresser there is! I have gone to Kamryn multiple times in the past year because she is just THAT great! She is always very thorough and detail oriented when highlighting my hair. Every time I leave Kamryn I leave brighter, blonder, and I feel like my hair leaves healthier. I had an amazing first-time experience here! Hailey was my hairstylist and from the moment I sat in her chair, she made me feel comfortable. She walked me through each step of the process, explained everything clearly, and frequently checked in to make sure I was happy with how things were going. My hair looks and feels fantastic.
