I had a confirmed appointment for 10:30am this morning. I arrived at 10:25am My stylist was with another customer, no problem, the receptionist let her know I was here. Stylist did not great me or let me know how much longer she would be. I left the salon at 11:00am without anyone speaking to me while I waited for 1/2 an hour.
