Don't know what's going on with this company, I have been a customer for over 5 years,I contacted them 9 days ago and talked to a lady and said that I had a problem with my siding she took my information and said that she would have her person that did the estimates give me a call and that never happened so I called another company they came out right away and fixed my problem so be careful and think twice about using classic gutter.
I would give ZERO stars if I could. Trash. Stay away. Read the reviews. Spent 8 grand and I don’t even get a call back. Tried to use a local company instead of one of these bigger home improvement company’s. Last time. Classic has truly ruined that for me. Got gutters done 2 months ago. Now I’ve got water leaking into my house, damaging my drywall and wood. Reached out to their main guy Mike. He suggests something that will stop water from coming in but doesn’t take responsibility. Excellent work and a quality product. The gutters have been very reliable for a decade now. The company provided superb communication and service throughout the whole process. These folks are honest! Highly recommend.
Just watched one of their drivers blow a red light on lake street and nearly cause a wreck. Total lack of responsibility and professionalism driving so recklessly.
