Let me first start by saying I had not re-entered this mall is over several years until I was made aware of the specials Dillard's now has in this location. We thought we had stumbled onto " The Five and Dinner" but it was not. We were greeted by a nice young man apparently from our first view, working alone. We ordered a mushroom and Swiss burger Med rare combo and a vanilla shake. It was very clear from the start that this person was new and really needed help. Turn back, I was an assistant manager in the fast food industry, this place is terrible, sorry... Ketchup was bad, expired. They are using consumer grade table top friers, soda was flat, was using cored tomato tops and bottoms none of the utensils or anything is NSF certified. There was only one guy working was well, he was nice but overwhelmed.
